Not sure what to say?

My condolences to you, Larry's family. After he retired from Sutter, I missed seeing him in the walkway or building as he always had a ready smile, and a calming effect. Even though I didn't get to know him well, he still had a positive & lasting impression on me which I will always hold dear. I'm sure he had an easy time entering the pearly gates!
My prayers are with you!

I am so sorry to hear of Larry's passing, however being united with Sharen is a blessing. I have so many fond memories of Larry and Sharen. Sharen and I grew up together in Fairview and had many wonderful experiences. I was there for the dating and courtship of Larry and Sharen. They are both great people and I want the family to know they are in my prayers. I talked with Larry a couple of weeks ago by phone and could tell he was very weak. May you all find peace and comfort in your...

Larry has been a beacon in my life for the past 33 years! I met him when I became roommates with Jeff and I quickly became part of the family! I know I'm not alone, as they were shepherds by nature, but I have felt genuinely loved and included all these many years. I was always welcome, even when Jeff was not around. No surprise that Larry took me waterskiing MANY times, but he made a lot of sacrifices so he would have the time and the resources to provide opportunities for his family and...

So sorry that Larry is no longer with us. He was our neighbor for 41 years and we loved he and Sharen and their family He also was our Bishop at one time. We loved him alot Our prayers and love and comfort go out to you, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We love you all. Joanne McDonald and family. God Bless.

I grew up with Larry, Cleon and Jerry and my mom & dad were pals with their parents. The large orchard next to their home was our home after school hanging from the trees and then playing kick the can. Larry, what great memories you bring back of those times.

I am sorry to read of Mr. Hone's passing. He was my wood shop teacher at Sutter Middle School in Sacramento in 80-81. He was always so patient and positive no matter how uneven my projects turned out. I have such fond memories of his class that are forever etched in my mind. He, along with my father, inspired me to love the art of woodwork.

I was sorry to hear of Larry's passing. Being a classmate at Preston High I have many fond memories. He was a great guy. May you be comforted by the memories you have of your parents, and grandparents

Our Aloha to the Family
