Larry Horn

Larry was very dear to our hearts, always smiling. A ray of sunshine. He's still up on stage singing, playing his guitar, and dancing around. We can hear him even now.... May he live eternally.

I worked with Larry in one capacity or another for much of my tenure with the Portland Fire Bureau. He was very talented and intelligent. He was an excellent officer and someone I could always count on. I learned a great deal from him. He was fun to work with and I could always depend on his skills as an officer. He is missed but will always be remembered.

Larry and Hal (his father) were major influences on my career as a Portland Firefighter. Larry led by example with his courage and hard work. Hal taught him well. Steve Bryant (Yellowjacket)

Always looked up to Larry, Very talented. Larry was easy to like. Gods blessinfs to his family.

I will always have good memories of Larry and the "Wieners" which helped us raised a lot of money for MDA on behalf of the Portland Firefighters.

He always brought a smile to my face at Station 1. He was so knowledgeable and humble. I could go on forever. The world is a sadder place now that he is gone.
