Not sure what to say?

It is with great sadness that I learn of Larry's passing. He was a true gentleman with strong convictions. I considered him not only a friend but an advocacy mentor who helped me to grow in working for the rights of my special needs brother and others like him through VOR. Larry's example will remain with me on how to handle so many difficult situations.

Larry, you are missed. VOR is a better organization because of you. You always were a positive influence, knowledgeable about so many things and always challenging us to do better. A true friend who volunteered your time to make a better place in this world for others. Rest well, dear friend.

You will be missed! Always had a great conversation with a fellow “gearhead” talking classic cars. You had some beauties. Rest in Peace Larry

Larry was an integral part of VOR and he for sure will be missed by all who knew him. VOR was his home away from sailing. Sympathy to his family and fellow advocates. Jane and Bob Anthony

Larry was dedicated to music in Annapolis. He served on the board of the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Chesapeake Youth Symphony. Our deepest sympathy is extended to Larry´s family. Bill and Connie Scott

He loved to hang at Jimmy Cantler´s crab house and we would feast on those fabulous Maryland crabs. He...

Larry was a friend. I met him through his work at VOR about 15 years ago, and I worked with for the better part of the last decade, but still I think of him as a friend. Larry had a quietness about him, and a quiet sense of humor. He was warm and giving. He cared. He stood up for his beliefs, and for those he cared for. He spoke with a soft but firm voice for what he believed in. He will be missed.

You will definitely be missed my friend! I will pray for your family also.
