I am really saddened to hear about the lost of my friend. I only found out last week about his passing. Coach and I didn't know each other long, but in that time, we become really good friends. We talked about everything! He helped me train for my first marathon. He coached me, encouraged me and supported me. He even flew to Philadelphia to see me run the marathon.
