Larry R. Joy

Larry was a special person. My first meeting with Larry was at a football scrimage in Sandy, OR. I was a rookie, Larry and the other crew members were long time friends. They made me feel right at home and part of the group. Larry always had a smile on his face and a moment to chat. His presence has been missed with the PFOA for a few seasons now, but he will always be remembered as a great official and outstanding individual.
