Read MoreI worked closely w/Larry on the Sparks civil service commission. He was a man of immense talent, quiet but decisive. I voted to have Larry replace as Chair and he did a superior job. He was worried that he couldn't "fill my shoes"..but he more than that. He left his own print on the committee, one that when my time comes I can only hope will be just half as big as his...Rest in Peace Larry.
