Not sure what to say?

We will love you larry on our heart.

I am so sorry to hear of Larry´s ("Colonel Kling") passing. I had the great blessing of working closely with him as we opened the Alderwood Mall store in 1979-1980. He was the consummate partner...never ever declined an opportunity to help with an assignment or project. Later, we worked together at Southcenter, which at the time was the largest store in the Penney Company. Larry was the most caring man and will be greatly missed. We just learned of his passing today after noticing he wasn't there on the first day of school. He was our school bus driver for the past six years and was adored and appreciated by all. He handled late arrivals with grace every time ❤ and made each kid and parent feel special. My 8-year-old shared that even when Larry was stressed he was always nice. Sending our deepest condolences to Larry's family.

I was blessed to work with Larry so many years. He was my bus buddy! He was always so funny and kind. I even got to spend time with the men´s club. So thankful I have the last text from him. And I am so sad that I wasn´t able to attend his memorial service. All the best to his family because I know that you all meant so much to him.

I will always remember Larry´s calming demeanor and thoughtful spirit... he will be missed. Kelly Lowry Former NSD Bus Driver
