May GOD bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I worked with Layne for over 10 years at Nielsons shop. I remember him making things out of scrap metal when days were slow. Once he made a dog and gave it to me, it was a "weenee" dog, complete with ears and a tail. He had a great imagination.

I have been so saddened to hear of Layne's sudden death. He and I were always linked in school alphabetically. I shall remember him fondly. I am very sorry for your loss.
