I was deeply saddened at the passing of Mr. Larry Locke. Mr. Locke helped so many City of Birmingham Employees during his employment with the Labor Union. I can never forget the fight of justice and equality that he stood for. Larry will be missed and very well remembered around the city for the stand that he took.
