Larry and I were in the same squad in Vietnam. Larry showed me the ropes being a young man entering the war. He was the first person I encountered in a war zone. He immediately took me under his wings. We found out we were "homies", me being from Portsmouth and he from Gloucester. He was a great man and a good friend for life. God Bless his family and may they find solace through God.
