Not sure what to say?

The world will miss such a sweet spirited person as was Larry. With Lue by his side they were a template for marriage and taught many by their words and life testaments. I have often thought of their teachings that left impressions on my own marriage and life. A great loss and my sympathies to Lue and family with this loss of a patriarch.

Larry was always sitting at the tables when I walked into the Lighthouse with a big smile and wave! For many years he became one of my many swimming friends....those of us that swim have sort of bond...especially swimming in the winter months....Larry would always be concerned that I left with wet hair and in shorts in 32 degree weather. Saying daily " you are going to catch a cold."
He always asked about my children and how I was doing and we loved discussing politics while...

Larry was a staple at the Lighthouse Fitness Center. I really enjoyed talking to Larry during the week and he was a great person and friend. When my father passed this passed January, Larry was the first to let me know how sorry he was and knew how much I was hurting.
I will never forget that kind and sincere love from Larry that day. Thanks for being such a wonderful friend.
Love ya buddy.
B.K.

Such a nice man I saw regularly at Lighthouse fitness. He will be missed!

The Weight Room staff sends their deepest condolences to the family. Larry fast became a member of our Weight Room family and soon became a friend to all the new members coming over to The Lighthouse facility when we moved in. We will cherish the short time we were around Larry and he blessed us with his kind spirit.

Heartfelt sympathy for Lu and your entire family. The Melton Family will always remain in our memory as wonderful, caring, loving, people we had the privilege of knowing throughout our years at Kelham Baptist Church. Our daughters Pam & LuAnn have had s special friendship that has lasted a lifetime. We have so many memories of Larry as a leader in the church and Lu as our favorite musician. May God wrap his loving arms around your whole family as you walk through this valley - always...

One of my favorite classmates. He stopped by on a walk to visit after my husband J.
B. died. He was a delight to all. Please remember all the great things about your husband and father.
