No words can express the heartbreak of you being gone not only from my life but from others. You always made a friend no matter where you were at. You had friends from all over. I am truly blessed to have had you in my life for the past many years, we have shared drinks, dinners, cookouts, laughs and tears. Gene was fun-loving adventurous and overall great friend and an especially great father. I wanted to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with y'all, Heathér, Chris and Debbie. They say that time heals all wounds. But loosing a loved one so unexpectedly takes time to get over the shock and the loss. One day I hope you'll be able to smile and even laugh at all the good times and memories that y'all have shared. My prayer is that it happens sooner than later.
