I knew and worked with Larry for over 30 years. He was always a gentleman and took the best interests of his of his staff to heart. To Larry physical fitness was a must and he enjoyed the periodic athletic competition with other offices at Fort Sam Houston. Therefore, I can't imagine the personal hardship he endured this past year. He will be missed by friends, family, and the Army Civilian Personnel community...
