Sherri's Wish Summer 2010

I am sorry to hear of Mr. Smith's passing so young. I purchased a recycled race horse a few years ago (for a family pet) that had been bred at Hidden Valley. I found Mr. Smith's e-mail on line a couple of years ago and let him know I had the horse, "Sherri's Wish" aka "Julia" and sent some pictures. Mr. Smith was so courteous and gracious and delighted to hear Julia had a good home. I had been looking for his e-mail to let him know Julia survived emergency surgery for guttural pouch mycosis...

A true treasure in our lives. He will never be forgotten. We love you Mary Jo.

Mary Jo.... My thoughts and prayers are with you.... You were how I got my first job with TLC and Larry taught me how to have a positive attitude and to work hard... some 25+ years ago....

Jamey, thank you for sending me the link to this obituary -- it is a sweet tribute to your dad, filled with warmth. He must have been a good man -- I love his "can-do" attitude about life. I know you will miss him. Please extend my sympathies to your mom and others in the family. I hope you and Gary are taking care of yourselves. Much love -- you are in my prayers -- Susan Romberg

Dear Mary Jo, I am very sorry for your loss. Larry was a great man and he left an incredible legacy. Stacie and I will have your family in our prayers. God Bless, Jeremy and Stacie David

Larry will always hold a special place in our hearts. We have you in our thoughts and prayers during this really tough time

Dear Mary Jo and family,
Words seem to fail at such a time but may God give you the comfort of these words from 1 Thessalonians: "..do not grieve as do the rest who have no hope, for if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep in Jesus".

May all your wonderful memories sustain you as you move forward past this sad moment.

Mary Jo if you need me for anything, or if there is anything that Pam or I can...
