Larry Smith Obituary
April 14, 1944-December 14, 2018
Larry K. Smith, of Modesto, passed away at the age of 74 in his home on December 14, 2018. Larry was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Modesto High School, where he made life-long friends and graduated in 1963. He owned Sierra Commercial Sweeping for over 35 years. He was married to Dee Smith. His hobbies included fishing, playing blackjack and telling stories. He was survived by his children Kristina Zito and Justin Smith, step-children JoAnn Bautista and Greg Pires, his grandchildren Mikaela and Austin Pires, Jared and Jaden Bautista, his sister Joy Klopf, brother-in-law Ray, and cousin Mary Beth VanKonyenburg.
Funeral services will be held December 21 at Lakewood Funeral Home. Viewing will be from 11:00-1:00. The service will start at 1:00.
