TO THE Family of Mr. Stephens I am saddened to hear of his passing. He was my friend , confidant for many years. Always polite and a stylush gentleman, self assured of his Fith in God, and an inspirator at heart. I recently stopped by his home when I was in town just to say hi. He was always welcoming.
