I remember Larry's work ethic as supervisor of the Inyo County Road Dept. to be of the highest quality. You would often see post-it notes on the outside of his briefcase when he walked down the hall. He ran a tight & efficient ship with an unmistakable smile. He & Carol led a full & loving life. My condolenses to all the family.
