Larry George Throngard

My first job ever was working for Larry doing bookkeeping, filing and typing for him at the age of 13 or 14. I went to school with his kids and new the family well. I'll never forget the arena that he built on the river down from his house at the time in Garden Valley. We had so many fun times there with 4-H and different rodeos. I worked with Larry for many, many years and am sorry to hear of his passing. Larry was one of my first clients, and when I left to go out and practice on my own, Larry followed me enthusiastically and encouraged me in getting established. He was a friend as well as a client, and he was very supportive in many ways. He encouraged me to make contact with a daughter who I had given up at birth for adoption, which I eventually did and am grateful to him for that. He loved his family more...
