Larry was a neighbor and childhood friend of mine. I remember many good times with Larry. But, what I remember most about Larry from our childhoods is how he patiently taught me the fundamentals of sports: baseball, football, golf and basketball. Larry was 3 years older than me, and now, looking back, it amazes me how at 12 years old what a good "coach" Larry was.
