Larry Walker was the most influential teacher in my adult life. He changed my thinking about art, he taught me to paint with passion, he inspired me to work harder and encouraged me not to give up. The highlight of my undergrad was when Larry critiqued a drawing of mine and congratulated me for (finally) rendering a believable hand.
