Mr. Larry Lee Williams was born on July 24, 1960, to Madie Williams and Willie Williams Sr. in Bladen County, North Carolina. After attending Smithfield-Selma High School, he joined the United States Army to serve for five years. After serving his time in the Army, he later received his GED. Larry enjoyed cooking, fishing, and gardening. He was known to have a green thumb by many of his family and friends. He loved to help out others when he could and to make everyone around him happy. Larry is preceded in death by his mother Madie Williams and his brothers Randy Williams and Winfred Boskey. Larry is survived by his father; Willie Williams Sr. (Whiteville, NC); his siblings, Willie Williams Jr. (Clayton, NC), Lenora Horton (Selma, NC), Letha Rhue (Wilson's Mills, NC), Earnest Williams (Fayetteville, NC), Steven Williams (Selma, NC), Barbara Williams (Princeton, NC), Charles Williams (New Jersey), Darlene Likely (Fayetteville, NC), and his brothers-in-law. Larry also leaves behind a very special friend, Bettie Buie, and many other loved ones, including a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
