He was an avid reader who could never be beat at Trivial Pursuit. Larry was also a brilliant mathematician. Not sure what to say?

Doris and girls- Not a day goes by that I don't think of Larry and some of our life experiences. Larry was able to get me to understand HS math even after several teachers had tried and failed for years to no avail. Larry, Pat P, Mark and my cousin Anthony seemed to take me under their wings and get me thru my preteen and teen years. We were all true friends for many years save the Lord taking them to a better place. Many of my memories, growing up on the east side of Detroit include the...

Mr & Mrs Larry Zielinski

TO DORIS AND GIRLS: SO VERY SORRY ABOUT YOUR LOSS. EVEN THOUGH I HAVEN'T SEEN LARRY MUCH LATELY, I REMEMBER WELL OUR CHILDHOOD AND THE FUN ALL THE COUSINS HAD. HIS LIFE WAS TO BRIEF BUT HE LEFT A WONDERFUL LEGACY BY DONATING HIS ORGANS. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU AND HELP YOU THROUGH THIS TERRIBLE TIME.

Doris, I heard about Larry's passing through my sister Lori. May God be your comfort in this difficult time.

[I hope I haven’t abused the privilege of this guestbook, but I found I had much to say about a man whom I knew since we were both nine years old.]

When I was growing up, all through school (elementary, junior high, high school, college), I had two best friends: Pat Politano and Larry Zielinski. We lost Pat over 30 years ago, and, although Larry and I weren’t the inseparable buddies we’d been in our youth, we always knew the other one was there, and I guess I thought he always would...

To the man who taught me everything I ever knew about designing and really changed the way I see the world. I cherish the 10 years we spent together in that little office working and laughing. I will miss those discussions about music, movies, politics, and life. Thank you for being a great boss and an even greater friend. God bless Doris and your daughters and know that this world is a little dimmer without your humor in it. Hit 'em long and straight my friend.

Dear Doris & Daughters,
So deeply sorry about your loss. I just lost Bill this past November. Doris call any time you need to talk, I
truely understand the pain you, the girls, and family are going through.
Larry was a delight to know and his humor was always so perfectly timed.
May God bless you and keep you forever at his side!
