Lars Wigert

Dear Wigerts and Family,

I met Lars and Carol through my Uncle Chuck, and later met Hans at one of his art exhibits in Sweden when I lived in Gothenburg. I enjoyed visiting with Lars and Carol when I was back in Michigan. They also visited my family and me in Parnell on several occasions.

One year--maybe Christmas, 2005--I brought Lars a chocolate Julskinka (Christmas piglet), which triggered a childhood memory. Another year, he gifted my family a Swedish cheese...

A wonderful, honest man

Lars was the best!
Met him at the bike shop in Rockford.
He would visit occasionally.
I did get out and ride with him once about 5 years ago.
I will miss him!

Tom,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. Enjoyed many years with all of the Wigert's during my childhood. I will always have a place in my heart for you and yours.
