Not sure what to say?

Betty taught me to swim at the Yazoo City public pool on Jackson Avenue when I was 6 years old. Everytime I go swimming, I think of Betty Lightcap. She was a wonderful person and had so much patience teaching me to swim. I'm sure she taught many others how to swim and was an influence in their lives as well. My prayers go out to her family.

My heart is filled with wonderful memories of days that we shared together as classmates and friends at Yazoo High School.

With deepest sympathy from our family to yours. Betty was such a dear woman, she will be missed by all of us. God Bless each of you.

Jeanette and I are remembering your family during this time.

Edward and I were so sorry to learn of Betty's passing away. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bee and the children and all of the Barrier family. Betty was a very sweet and beautiful person.

My heart is broken, as I know the family members are also.
Betty was such a sweet and beautiful person, so kind.
Take heart in knowing that God is holding all of you in the Palms of His hands.
