I am very sorry to hear of Laura's passing. Working with her in the mountain ops office was a couple of my happiest years. She was always there for me with advice and a caring mothering figure when I was completely alone. I am sorry Dave, Lisa, and Mark for your loss. Michele

As two of the Hurricane evacuees mentioned, it was our pleasure to have known and played with Laura for many years, especially on the shores of Soliman Bay and Tulum Beach. Those places will not be the same without her. There are not many people in the world that one can form an immediate and close friendship with, but Laura was surely one of those people. She will be missed dearly by so many. Laura, thank you for being in our lives.

Laura was my dear friend. No matter how long we went without seeing each other, when we got together it was like we had never been apart. She was so easy to talk to about anything. I loved her garden and her dogs and "what you see is what you get" attitude. She was a "real" friend.
