Words cannot express sufficiently the loss I sense at finding the news of Laura's leaving our world...years after that event. Laura had a great impact way back in the early 1960's when she was a leading force in the CYO of St. Nick's, Aurora. Her lively spirit lifted others. Her smile comes to my mind even as I write this. To Laura's family I am very sorry for your loss.Laura was a very special person. She always had a smile and genuine expression of kindness. I was lucky enough to she her a few months ago and she had such kind things to say and shared a memory of when Mary and I hung out. A beautiful person who now is an Angel in heaven looking down on us.

So many sweet memories of lunches and parties and fun times at Patrick's Pub years ago. Laura always had a kind word and was so welcoming to everyone. Will miss that sweet smile that lit up her beautiful face.

My deepest sympathy goes to Laura's family. She was my niece and my first babysitter. She also was my lifeline to the family, the family reporter. She will be truly missed.
