I miss you Laura & think of you very often!

As the leader of The Who tribute band "the substitutes" I would like to speak on behalf of my band. Laura was a big time Who Fan and I certainly realized that when I first saw her at the Walnut room watching our band play up close and to the side of the stage. It made me real happy to see her there because I noticed she was singing along all the words to every song, even the more obscure material that we do. What an amazing person Laura was and what a remarkable life she had. I feel so lucky to have known her. I knew that she was a special person the day I met her in High School and the day she surprised me on the Boulder Mall way back when, when she decided to move West. She was always a very positive and upbeat person and will cherish my memories of her always. Rest in Peace my friend!
