Frances was such a wonderful lady who lived such a long and active life.

If there ever was an Elect-Lady of the Church it was Laura Frances Mulcay. I came to know and Love her as Pastor. In time I came to realize what a "giant" she was to our ministry there in Frostproof.She pretty much did everything except Preach! It was thru her kindness and influence that I came to be Pastor there in 1993. She was very giving to the church and to my family. Rest in Peace and Your Rewards do follow you!
