Not sure what to say?

I am so saddened to hear of Lauras passing. Laura was such a sweetheart. Always thinking of others. Talented in so many artistic and culinary areas. We grew up across the street from each other. I have many special memories of those days.
We reconnected on FB and it has been so difficult to watch her struggle and fight her health issues over the years.
My deepest condolences and sympathy to her husband, parents and family. Prayers for peace, comfort and understanding. Laura is...

Laura and I were real buddies during our high school years. We met playing flute in the band. My best memories though were the many days we went walking on the beach. We spent hours strolling along the shore. I was so glad to have a kindred spirit who enjoyed it as much as I did. We talked so much on those easy-going days on topics from band to boyfriends, covering most all that was important to us at that time. We went our separate ways since I was a year ahead in school, but some years...

Laura was a good friend of mine since we met at King High School in Corpus Christi when we were both around 15 or 16 years old. We grew closer together as friends over the past 10 years, even though many miles separate us. We shared a lot of laughs in high school and over the years. Seems like these past few years have been mostly spent in prayer as she suffered so much with health issues. I am honored that I was blessed with her friendship, as well as becoming friends with her husband...

I remember all the good times we had together and I would go visit you and Mark in Houston, or when you would come and visit us in Dallas. I remember how well you did your embroidery and how well you good cook. Boy could you cook. You loved your cats and you were good on the computer and you're really really good to my brother all these years. Thank you for taking care of him. It is hard to believe that you're gone, but you're in a better place with no pain, and with all your kitties and...

Rest In Peace sweet Laura. Im sure you are dancing around in heaven pain free. My deepest sympathy to Mark and family.

Laura would have given you the clothes off her back if you needed them. She had a sweet smile. She could embroidery and cook better than anybody I've ever known. She was a good wife to my brother, Mark for over 30 years. I have great memories of the good times we shared together. Rest in peace.

In loving memory of a wonderful soul. We will love you and miss you always.

I am remembering the good times when we were all together; young and healthy! When Mother and Daddy were still with us. We had wonderful gatherings...you would bring your special treats for us to enjoy!! Thank you for loving my brother...I know he loves you!! We are so sorry we can not come to Houston for your funeral; but, Cecil's health and these strange times prevent it. Miss you!!! We Love You, Nancy and Cecil Mathis

Laura was our only daughter, she was a beautiful child and was really wonderfull to bring up in this world. She was very smart learned to roller skate on her own, came home with torn long pants from falling but she could skate ! her first bicycle she pushed it away from the house and unlike her older brother she came riding her bicycle I do not recall tng wheels. She was baptized into Christ and loved her Church,Weber Road Church of Christ. Thru all of her medical problems in later years she...
