Laura Rowley passed away on December 16, 2018 in Seattle, Washington. The obituary was featured in The Seattle Times on December 21, 2018.
I'm very sorry to learn of Laura's passing. We shared a lot of laughed, on the boats and in Russia. She was so full of positive energy that she energized those around her.
