Laura Steen

I remember her for her positive attitude. She instilled in me a love of crosswords, of grammar, and we shared an interest in bird watching. I am still amazed by her knitting. Every year when she and Don would drive south, they would stop for a visit. We would play duets on the piano, and have pleasant talks.
