Laura was always the face I looked for at our national PTAC conferences. Why? Because she made you feel welcomed, special, and loved. I'm going to miss my beautiful friend "Lulu" so much. We have been friends for 64 years. We met in Denver when we worked at the Air Force Accounting and Finance Center. I was so, so sorry to hear of Laura's passing. I worked with Laura for many years, starting in the late 1990s when I came to Florida in connection with the US Small Business Administration. Laura's professionalism and enthusiastic support for her clients was evidence of how much she loved and was devoted to her work. She will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to the family.
