Not sure what to say?

It was a pleasure working with Laurie @ WaFd, she was a friend & mentor. We loved talking fashion & style, which lead to her perfect retirement career. Laurie was the "hostess with the mostess".......parties @ her Edmonds condo & Camano Island home were always so much fun! She will be greatly missed by so many but heaven gets a wonderful asset

Whenever I saw Laura, she had a sweet smile on her face. I’m so proud of her for all she accomplished with her family, friends and business. In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

May your memories give you peace and comfort of your loved one. Words fall short of expressing my sorrow for the loss of your loved one. I interviewed Laura Ann several years ago, talking about the time she lived in a logging camp at Loretta Creek. Mr Wood (owned 1/2 interest in the logging company, "Skagit Log") paid Laura 50 cents per gallon for the berries. Laura´s dad would give her (and her buckets) a ride to the berry patch each morning and, later after filling the containers, she would hitch a ride back to the camp with...

So very sorry to learn of Laurie´s passing. So many fond memories of fun times at Washington Federal with Laurie, and at parties at her condo in Edmonds. Also enjoyed visiting with her at her Stanwood shop a few times when I was in town visiting my father. She always had a wonderful smile, and a kind word to share and I enjoyed her friendship very much. My sincere condolences to her family. Love all of these photos- thank you for sharing them. She was a very special lady.

Laurie was a great, dedicated, happy addition to this community. Always had a smile and was a friend to everyone. She will be missed by so many. My deepest sympathy to her family. May all of your memories be of help to you at this time.
