I had the good fortune of knowing Dr. Price since attending KU in the 1970's . I also was a member of Beta Theta Pi, and through that association, I worked for Dr. Price and Dr. Sanders at Lawrence Clinical Lab for 2 summers while in college. Dr. Price was a kind, gentle soul, and a mentor to me as I pursued a medical degree. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dear Jo, I was very sorry to hear that Bud had passed on. I know the last few years had not been good to him. Bud was a great guy and excellent pathologist here in Lawrence. He was without any question the best man we had in the department. You could always count on Bud's knowledge and attention to detail. He will be missed! Jerry Pees
