Not sure what to say?

I worked with Dr Mayuga at Christian Northwest Hospital in St Louis in the early 70's. I moved to Houston Mo in 1977 and saw he had moved to Cabool Mo where we both worked at TCMH.

I just was made aware that Dr. Mayuga has passed from this life. He was a great Doctor and good man. My mother worked for him in Cabool and during this time he quite possibly saved my son's life by a quick diagnosis and surgery to remove his near ruptured appendix. I have fond memories of the whole family.

So sorry to hear of Larry's passing. We would like to extend our prayers to the family and hope that the memories are sweet as the pain starts to fade.
Much Love...

Larry was a well respected colleague who served rural southern Missouri with dedication and skill. He was a compassionate and excellent surgeon who was thought of highly by his fellow physicians. It was an honor for me to have known him. May his family take comfort in knowing what great service he rendered to the people of this area and his lasting impression.

Our sincerest condolences. So sorry we did not know until today of Larry’s passing. Rest In Peace

Love you forever. You taught us so much. The vision of you coming into ER at 3a.m. in your tennis shoes and necktie will forever be in my thoughts. That and the middle if the night phonecards to you and you telling me ok Mary OK you fix them be them before I get there.my life and my career was so blessed because you were in it. Rest well Doctor you have eared it well. God bless you.

He was a wonderful Physician and person.

So sad to hear of his passing. He was such a great man and my lifesaver when I was 18 years old. I was a sick teenager and he performed surgery that saved me. Wishing peace for his family and friends.

Please know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Larry was a true gentleman and a gentle man. His genuine love for his family permeated from him and his unending smile was contagious. Larry was compassionate, selfless, always wanting to do for others. Larry was a blessing to all he knew. It is a privilege to have known him. God bless you Cres and each one of the family. May his soul and all the souls of the faithful departed Rest In Peace.
