Not sure what to say?

Laurel was a friend of mine in the 90s. We worked out, ran, and talked a lot and she was helpful to me at a rough time in my life. we lost contact. I am sorry to see that she has passed away so young. She was a bright light- I will remember her fondly. Rest in Peace. My condolences to her family.

I am very sorry and sad to hear that laurel passed. I met her on one of her adventures to Hawaii and became a great friend to her for a short amount of time. She had a place in my heart.

I'm just learning of this sad news. Laurel was a big part of my family's life and she changed all of us for the better. She's well missed. Hugs to all of you.

Bob and Sharon, my heart breaks for you. This is a very hard loss.. Laurel was definitely one of a kind. She loved you both and She cared about everyone she befriended. She whipped alot of us into shape at Columbia Vista! She wanted all of us to be healthy! I know her loss has left you both hurting and it has left a void, but know she would want you to think of her and smile remembering something hilarious she said or did. She made a big impact on alot of people. Love to you both

Im so sorry to have heard this news..thinking of you both. Alex Gonzalez

Sharon and Bob- I am so sorry to read about the passing of Laurel in the Oregonian. I remember her from my days at Columbia Vista in the 90´s. I hope memories of the good times with your daughter make this sad occasion a little easier to cope with. Your friend-Rob Vance

I was shocked to see this on my FB. We had the privilege of being on one of Laurel´s Tuscany tours in 2009. My husband and I took her to lunch for her birthday in Florence. A few years later she took a women empowerment class in NYC and came to spend the weekend with us at our house in NJ. We always said if we go back to Italy we would get in touch with her for suggestions. She was a beautiful woman. Taken way too soon. We are so very sorry for your loss

My love is with Laurel's family and friends. My husband, Pervan and I, took our first trip to Italy with Laurel in 2007. It was a FANTASTIC trip and experience! She made our time such AZ wonderful memory for us. Rest in Peace sweet Laurel.
