Not sure what to say?

I am extremely saddened to learn of Laurie's passing. She was working on my travel voucher over the holidays and I wondered why I never heard back from her. I have known Laurie since she first started at NASA, as we started at about the same time. I knew her through the fitness center and NASA social groups. She is definitely missed. Such a young, free spirit to be gone.

I am very saddened to hear of Laurie's passing; Laurie was a very sweet person, and will be missed by me and many others at NASA. My deepest sympathy to her family.

I'm so terribly saddened to hear of Laurie's passing. I worked with her and she truly was one of sweetest, nicest individuals I have ever met. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

I was so sad to hear today of Laurie's death while I was visiting NASA. I knew Laurie for many years before I retired in 1995. She was always smiling and cheerful and fun to be around. I am so sorry, Ron Thomas

Laurie was so helpful to me when she worked in the Office of Human Capital Management at NASA. I really missed her when she moved to another organization in July 2012. She started working for the federal government on May 21, 1984, and transferred to the NASA Glenn Research Center on November 9, 1986. She took a reassignment to join our human resources family on October, 30, 2005, and worked with us until she reassigned to the Center Operations Support Branch in the Office of the Chief...

Words cannot express how sorry I am. It was the late Scott Veleba, my best friend, who introduced me to this wonderful family. When I met Laurel, I remember thinking how pretty, funny and sweet she was and how she could light up the room with her smile. Mrs. Veleba, Denise, Jeff, and Brooke, you are all in my heart. I pray for strength and comfort for the days ahead. May Laurie's sweet spirit live on through you all and be with u all always, as a guiding light and comfort to you. God...

Laurie's open and gentle spirit meant so much to me; she was such a blessing to everyone who knew her! I will miss her laughter and kindness and cherish her friendship forever. She is in my prayers and I offer the same to her family, the people who meant so much to her. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Peace and Love for our Laur.
