Lauren grilling bread we made in Fire Island

I am sending my deepest condolences to Lauren's family. I feel truly heart broken by the untimely passing of such a bright being in my life. I will always remember Lauren's kindness and generosity during our days in grad school, commiserating over the experience (our best and our worst moments), meeting many of the incredible people that encircled her wherever she went. Lauren, my ace TA, in my freshman seminar a few years ago ...

Lauren was my teaching assistant and I adored her to pieces. I am shattered by this loss, but will always remember her as the sweet, spirited woman she was.

Lauren was an incredible woman - always laughing, curious about the world, creative, loving…a real lover of life.

I will miss her always. She brought laughter and happiness to so many around her. I'm so lucky and better for knowing her.

I am so deeply saddened by this news. I felt Lauren embodied the essential spirit of Dalton with her vitality and generosity and truly caring about the important things.

I remember Lauren when she used to visit with my daughter, Corinne Marshall, at our home. She was a lovely and talented young women. My sincere sympathy to her family.
May all of you find comfort in the wonderful strength and spirit which she shared with us. She set quite an example.

ILauren and I were in the same cabin at Camp Merriwood in 1992 and I've always remembered her as such fun. I hope you can find comfort in the many amazing memories you must have.

My sincere sympathies to Lou and family. May G-d console you among the other mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.

My condolences to the Adolfsen family. Lauren was truly special and will be missed by many.

May our savior hold your family deep in his heart and may you draw strength to endure during this sad time .
