Larry was a wonderful teacher and administrator at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. His dedication and talents in education have been very much missed. He was a friend and collaborator to many faculty, staff, and students. He was a valued colleague throughout an academic career that spanned 50 years at the University of Louisville.

I can hardly find words to express my sorrow. Larry was such a sweet and caring person and he made a difference in so many lives. My deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers go out to Jeanne and all the family and friends whose lives were touched by Larry. He will be sorely missed.
