One of the nicest men I ever had the privilege of working with. I was Larry's Mgr. at the IRS. On rainy days he brightened the mood. We called him the Gorton fisherman as he always wore his yellow slicker and matching hat. We found the coincidences funny as we got to know each other. My maiden name was Silva. My grandmother and grandfather were William and Mary Silva. Saddened to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace.

Bob and I have been blessed over the many years to have had such a wonderful neighbor in Larry. Larry was always there to give a hand and we have been honored to give back as much as we could to make Larry's life easier. Larry is missed and will be missed.
