I was so sorry to hear that Larry had passed away. He was one of the good guys! I had the privilege of being county clerk when he was Deschutes County Commissioner. His humor was a joy and he was a very, very special person. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Judy and his family.

I had the pleasure of working with Larry when he was elected to the County Commission in DesChutes County. It was a great time for the County. We got reacquainted in the metro area. He was a brilliant man and we are all better for knowing him.

Larry & I worked in banking together in in Medford, Or back in the '60's. Even then he showed maturity beyond most of us. It was an honor to be asked to be his Godfather. Blessings Larry and to your family as well. Pat Parisi

A larry Tuttle kind of place, his heart was as big as the country, and his compassion was bigger.
