I have fond memories of our time together at Asbury UMC. Lawson and I spent many hours planning worship services and I learned a lot from working with him. He told me years later that "We didn't always see eye to eye on things but we got along" and I wasn't aware of those times! He was such a gentleman. Hold on to the good memories and years. He was a special person.

Ann and family, Lawson was such a sweetheart and a true southern gentleman. Your love and perseverance through his illness was a testament to that as well as a beautiful example to us all.
