Not sure what to say?

Lou, Sedona and Skye,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. Laurie brought such light and warmth to Nicole and me whenever we saw her. She was a good friend when I really needed one and I will always remember her fondly. One thing I remember very clearly was how much she adored you all. I once asked her how she managed to do all the "Mom" stuff (activities, play dates, chauferring, etc.), be a wife, volunteer, maintain the household AND work at the same time? She said, "I make time for...

Laurie, you have touched our lives in so many ways ,you have given our brother a different out look on life . Please continue to bless our family in so many ways . God Bless Us All .

College years help shape our lives and as we age, we cherish the memories of our college days. 1975 to 1979 at University of Michigan are the memories that we all made together: Laurie, Mary Kaye, Alice, Lisa, Mary, Patty & me. From Stockwell Hall to Packard House, Laurie became a part of who we were. I'm so glad that we had our reunions in Bozeman, Mackinac Island and Marco Island over the past 30 years. We should have had even more, but we never guessed that life could be so short....

Our death is not an end if we can live on in our children and the younger generation. For they are us, our bodies are only wilted leaves on the tree of life. ~Albert Einstein

Laurie, what a beautiful legacy you have left to Lou and all of us in Sedona and Skye! Your smile and passion remain in our hearts forever. Your life is an inspiration to all who knew you. We love and miss you so much!

In law school Laurie was a constant source of energy that was constantly smiling, exuding joy in the face of the trenches of study, and fun and balance in the face of competitive stress. She made a wonderful difference in the lives of many us (classmates) at USC. We miss you so dearly, Laurie. +

Dear Lou, Sedona and Skye,
How sad we all were in Michigan to hear that dear, sweet, funny Laurie is no longer with us. She lit up a room with her smiles and put sunshine in our hearts. I still see her contagious smile whenever I think of her, which is often.
Kingswood School Cranbrook was a special place with Laurie Davis as a part of it, and I loved seeing her at reunions. Laurie was magical with her blonde hair, smiles, quick wit, and endearing laugh. The world was her friend, and...

Lou, Sedona, and Skye,

"If tears could build a stairway, and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again."

We received a stone with this written on it when our son, Joey, died, and I wanted to share it with you.

Laurie was a wonderful person full of life and laughter. She brought joy to all our lives and will always be remembered as a sharing, caring soul.

Lou, you are a great man and Sedona and Sky, you carry Laurie's spirit in you and...
