Ellison family,
I was sad to hear of Lauries passing, my thoughts and prayers are with your family. I can't help but smile when I think of Laurie. I will always remember her standing in the driveway swinging her shovel and waving at everyone who passed by. She always tried to protect Nancy and I from Nikki and her pranks. There were many times she rescued us from the bathroom after Nikki locked us in. Oh the memories, she will be missed!

I just wanted to say that I am so sorry for your loss. She was not only a beautiful person, she had such a tremendous spirit. The world has a huge loss today, and will never be the same. Dear Ellisons!

Laurie made me laugh so much, and touched my life in a more profound way than I knew until now. Care and I have reminisced with smiles on all of the great times with Ray, like when I took her on a double date on the Alpine slide (she kicked my behind getting to the bottom!), the constant requests to go to the "Village," and her putting the rug in the washing machine while watching 'Freaky Friday.' Really, the happy memories are endless. Thank you for sharing her with me...

What words can we write about our "Cuz". She has always been the highlight of every family event. We knew that we always had a special smile in store if Laurie was coming. I will miss so many things about her, but most of all her way she said "Hi Cuz." All of us cousins have had that greeting for years and I cant believe we wont hear it from her.
