I was so sorry to read about Laurie. She was a former student of mine from Weimar Hills Middle School. Most recently I had talked with her while renting a car. Laurie was always such a cheerful upbeat person to be around. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.

John,Lynn and family...I was just stunned and very sad to hear about this. Laurie was a special part of my life for many years. She was one of the first people I met when I moved to Auburn in 1987 with my family to start Trucksmart. We hung out a whole lot for alot of years. She became a great friend of my wife Amy after we were married. We were so sorry to read about Laurie's passing. We had many fun times with her at Colfax High and after graduation. She loved to laugh and have fun, and had a great sense of humor.
