Read MoreI am heartbroken to find this obituary. Laurie was my best friend in Wiesbaden, Germany. She was nice, so funny, and a devoted friend and family member. We talked several times about getting together again, and now I am so sad I didn´t make that happen. She has held a place in my heart my whole life. There aren´t many people I could say that about. The world has lost a true treasure.

Blessing to Laurie's family. We went to high school together in Wiesbaden, Germany. She is remembered as bright and fun loving. I'm thankful she has found peace.
