Not sure what to say?

I arrived at the University of South Dakota in 1975. I met Mark and eventually Laurie and was lucky enough to call them friends. They were so very kind in the time we spent together, and Laurie had a huge positive impact on a myself and everyone for that matter. I will always treasure those early years and the memories I have of both of you. The world is certainly a little less without Laurie but heaven is truly blessed with her arrival. Take care Mark. Tez

Mark, I'm sorry to hear of Laurie's passing. What a beautiful letter about her life. She was such a good friend way back during the home school years. May God encourage you and the family, and mend your hearts. 1Cor.13:12  "For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face..."

I too do not know Laurie. However, I had to comment on the beautiful tribute that her husband Mark wrote for her. I agree it is not easy to sum up someones life in a few paragraphs, but Mark-you did a fantastic job. As I read I felt the love that you have for your wife. May god hold you in his hands as you move through life without Laurie awaiting to see her again in heaven.

I don´t know you, but I just had to comment that your tribute to Laurie is beautiful. Glory to God!

As a stranger, I also was impressed with this obituary, recounting a life richly lived and dedicated to her Savior. For that, she now enjoys her heavenly reward. God bless her family and those she left behind.

I did not know Laurie but just happened to click on her obituary. What a beautiful remembrance of her life. She sounds amazing and I´m so happy she knew Jesus and she is healed now and living eternally with king Jesus! I look forward to meeting her one day in heaven! May Jesus comfort all the family with his love and the hope that a life in Him offers. Cling to that and cherish the memories that you had until you meet her again. -D
