We enjoyed being with you and LaVerne over labor day. There are many happy memories of LaVerne both in high school and college. Her smile was always infectious and she was a joy to be around. Our sympathy to all the family.

My sympathy is extended to you during this difficult time. I enjoyed working with LaVerne while substitute teaching at DCHS - she always had a smile on her face and could cheer up a room with her presence. She had such a positive outlook on life and I enjoyed many conversations with her!

My deepest sympathies go out to your family. I have known LaVerne I think about as long as I have known Lanette. Lanette has been a good friend of mine I think since grade school. LaVerne was such a wonderful person. Tom, Lanette, and Tami, my prayers are with you.

My sympathy to the Huffman family. Lavern was a great friend and person. I will always cherish my friendship with her at Dawson Country High school She was a great help my first year there. It was great to have her sing in the church choir. I always have missed the card games etc that we shared. Tom and girls my prayers are with you
