I just found out today of Lavoine's passing. She was a good friend to me for many years while I was going through a horrible breakup. She counselled me a lot and got me through the roughest times. She was like a second mom for a while. A trip I made with my Mom out to Liberty Lake many years ago, to visit Lavoine and her Mom, was truly one for the memory books. I'm sad we didn't touch base more when she was in Saskatoon, but I treasure our time together and the lunches we had in Saskatoon...

I am so sorry to hear of my cousin's passing. Lavoine was a brave and strong person who persevered in the face of many challenges. May she rest in peace.

A second mom to me when I lost mine when I was 19. Lavoine helped guide me then and over the years. Her love and gifted insights will forever be treasured by me. I will miss her presence here on Earth but will continue to feel her beautiful light. May her surviving family members have the same. Love to you all.
