Lavonne's spirit will live on in all of us. Her smile, her laugh, her honesty, her leadership, her kindness, her caring, and her love of people. I will always and always remember our trip to pick up one of her Shelties to Watertown several years ago. The joy on her face when she held that puppy will always remain in my heart forever. I had no idea Lavonne was even sick. Oh I'm heartbroken. She was a wonderful wonderful woman and a fellow Sheltie lover. She will be missed terribly. I just learned; my heart will hurt for many moons. Definitely is right next to Jesus. My sympathy for the family. Such a loss.

LaVonne was an AMAZING leader and provided valuable expertise to SME in leading the SME Women in Business committee during her tenure as Chair of the event.
